Siak River is one of the deepest river in Indonesia. It's located in Pekanbaru, Riau. This place has one unique people activity and it called 'Petang Megang'. Something like religious ritual before Idul Fitri.

Situation Under the 'Ship Deck'
Designer took the concept from ship. When somebody on the ship and see through out the sea, they will see a huge view from their eyes. This concept use into this design with adding fence and deck like the ship. So the people who come to the religious ritual can watch the it from the above or they can go down to see closer.
